Further, it is observed that you are not attending to your duties from _______ till date. Your unauthorized absence from _____________ is causing a great dislocation to the work in the Department, to get the machinery ready for crushing. Hence, we wish to intimate you that you have voluntarily abandoned the contract of employment-dated _________, entered with us.
