In Rana’s Writ, since by the order Dt.18.6.2023 of the Hon’ble SC, the writ stood transferred before the SC, therefore Raja’s counsel brought this fact to the knowledge of the Court, and our Advocate informed the Court that while the record is being transferred before the SC, our application for impleadment in Raja’s writ should also be transferred with the entire record and our application for impleadment which had not been allowed as yet by the HC shall now be decided by the SC.
In our Writ, the opposite parties have not yet filed their counter affidavits and have sought time. Now our application for impleadment of DM is to be filed as per our convenience and thereafter it shall come up for hearing.
