Request Letter for NOC For Vehicle Registration Transfer to Another State

Respected Sir,

                Sub: Issue of ‘No Objection Certificate in respect of Vehicle

                         Registration No.TN02R12345.

Due to my occupational compulsion, I have shifted my residence from Chennai to Kolkata, West Bengal. I now intend to have my vehicle registration transferred to Kolkata from Chennai. The Registering Authority, RTO, Chennai (North West), require a “No Objection Certificate” from your good office in order to process my application for the purpose.

I would be grateful, if you will kindly issue the required ‘No Objection Certificate’ and oblige.

Since I am presently residing at Kolkata for my occupational requirement, I do hereby authorize Mr. A. B. Singh, whose signature has been attested below, to collect the said ‘No Objection Certificate’ on my behalf form your good office.
