But in this case,  we were paying his salary in cash and now February’14 onwards we have started to give his salary through cheque payment/transfer in a/c but till January’14 we were paying his salary in cash only  but his a/c style was salary A/c to maintain `0’ balance. Now Mr Raju received one statement from you and fined that you have debited a sum of Rs.827/- on 18.02.14 on account of shortfall of minimum balance. This is not correct. A Xerox copy of statement is attached herewith for your ready reference.

You are, therefore, requested to kindly reverse this amount and credit the same to his A/c immediately as because this is also a salary a/c and now onward we will transfer his salary by cheque in the same A/c.
